Booking & Payment
A signed charter agreement and payment are required to confirm all reservations.
Full payment must be received before the scheduled charter unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Prices are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
Government taxes and applicable fees may apply.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required before departure.
The deposit will be returned after the charter, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations have occurred.
Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused by themselves or members of their party.
Arrival
Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Charters begin and end at the reserved times. Late arrivals do not extend the charter duration.
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for the primary renter.
Captain & Crew
The captain has complete authority over the vessel and all passengers.
All guests must follow instructions from the captain and crew at all times.
The captain may end the charter without refund if guest behavior creates an unsafe environment.
Guest Capacity
Passenger limits must comply with all applicable boating regulations.
Only guests listed on the reservation may board unless approved in advance.
Alcohol & Substance Policy
Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted for guests who are of legal drinking age.
Illegal drugs and controlled substances are strictly prohibited.
Excessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, or dangerous behavior may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas approved by the captain.
Smoking inside cabins or enclosed areas is strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by smoking materials.
Food & Beverages
Guests may bring food and beverages unless otherwise stated.
Glass containers may be restricted for safety reasons.
Please notify us in advance of any catering requests or dietary accommodations.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Safety
Life jackets and required safety equipment are available onboard.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Guests may not jump from the yacht unless authorized by the captain and conditions are safe.
Guests must exercise caution when moving around the vessel, especially while underway.
Water Activities
Water toys and inflatables must be used only with crew approval.
Guests participate in swimming and water activities at their own risk.
The captain may suspend water activities due to weather, water conditions, or safety concerns.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misconduct, or failure to follow crew instructions.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the renter.
Weather Policy
Charters operate rain or shine unless the captain determines weather conditions are unsafe.
If the charter must be canceled due to unsafe weather, guests may reschedule or receive a refund in accordance with company policy.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the charter receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the charter receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Liability
Guests acknowledge that boating and water activities involve inherent risks.
By participating, guests voluntarily assume these risks.
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, delays, weather-related interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Photography & Social Media
We may capture photos or videos during your charter for promotional purposes.
Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify us before departure.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a charter without refund if guests:
Violate these rules.
Engage in illegal activity.
Become excessively intoxicated.
Threaten the safety of guests, crew, or the vessel.
Damage company property.
Agreement
By booking a charter, the primary renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules & Regulations and accepts responsibility for all guests in their party.
