Rules & Regulations

Thank you for choosing Black Truck Rentals. Our goal is to provide a safe, reliable, and enjoyable rental experience. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Age Requirement

Renters must be at least 16 years old.

Renters under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian if required by law.

A valid driver’s license or learner’s permit (where legally permitted) is required before the vehicle is released.

Payment

Full payment is required before the rental begins.

A refundable security deposit may be required.

Additional fees may apply for late returns, excessive cleaning, damages, or policy violations.

Vehicle Care

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

No reckless driving, racing, drifting, burnouts, or illegal activity is permitted.

Seat belts must be worn by all occupants at all times.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

Fuel

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when picked up.

Refueling charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

Mileage

Rental includes the agreed-upon mileage.

Additional mileage will be charged at the rate stated in your rental agreement.

Accidents & Damage

Any accident, theft, or damage must be reported immediately.

The renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Do not leave the scene of an accident without following applicable laws.

Authorized Drivers

Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

Allowing unauthorized drivers to use the vehicle may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

Prohibited Uses

The vehicle may not be used for:

Racing or speed contests.

Towing unless approved.

Off-road driving.

Transporting illegal items.

Commercial delivery services unless authorized.

Any illegal activity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Service

Black Truck Rentals reserves the right to refuse or terminate any rental due to unsafe behavior, fraudulent information, violation of these terms, or any activity that may place the vehicle, our staff, or the public at risk.

Liability

By renting a vehicle, the renter acknowledges that driving carries inherent risks and agrees to operate the vehicle safely and responsibly. The renter accepts responsibility for all traffic violations, tolls, parking tickets, fines, and damages incurred during the rental period.

Agreement

By signing the rental agreement, the renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules & Regulations.
