Crew\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe captain has complete authority over the vessel and all passengers.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll guests must follow instructions from the captain and crew at all times.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe captain may end the charter without refund if guest behavior creates an unsafe environment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eGuest Capacity\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePassenger limits must comply with all applicable boating regulations.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnly guests listed on the reservation may board unless approved in advance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAlcohol \u0026amp; Substance Policy\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eResponsible alcohol consumption is permitted for guests who are of legal drinking age.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIllegal drugs and controlled substances are strictly prohibited.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExcessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, or dangerous behavior may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSmoking \u0026amp; Beverages\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGuests may bring food and beverages unless otherwise stated.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGlass containers may be restricted for safety reasons.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease notify us in advance of any catering requests or dietary accommodations.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePersonal Belongings\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGuests are responsible for their own personal belongings.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSafety\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLife jackets and required safety equipment are available onboard.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChildren must be supervised by an adult at all times.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGuests may not jump from the yacht unless authorized by the captain and conditions are safe.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGuests must exercise caution when moving around the vessel, especially while underway.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWater Activities\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWater toys and inflatables must be used only with crew approval.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGuests participate in swimming and water activities at their own risk.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe captain may suspend water activities due to weather, water conditions, or safety concerns.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDamage\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGuests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misconduct, or failure to follow crew instructions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRepair or replacement costs may be charged to the renter.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWeather Policy\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCharters operate rain or shine unless the captain determines weather conditions are unsafe.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf the charter must be canceled due to unsafe weather, guests may reschedule or receive a refund in accordance with company policy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCancellations\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCancellations made 14 or more days before the charter receive a full refund.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCancellations made 7–13 days before the charter receive a 50% refund.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo-shows are non-refundable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eLiability\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGuests acknowledge that boating and water activities involve inherent risks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBy participating, guests voluntarily assume these risks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe are not liable for injuries, accidents, delays, weather-related interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePhotography \u0026amp; Social Media\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe may capture photos or videos during your charter for promotional purposes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGuests who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify us before departure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRight to Refuse Service\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a charter without refund if guests:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eViolate these rules.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEngage in illegal activity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBecome excessively intoxicated.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThreaten the safety of guests, crew, or the vessel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDamage company property.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAgreement\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBy booking a charter, the primary renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules \u0026amp;
