By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eAge Requirement\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRenters must be \u003cb\u003eat least 16 years old\u003c\/b\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRenters under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian if required by law.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA valid driver’s license or learner’s permit (where legally permitted) is required before the vehicle is released.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003ePayment\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFull payment is required before the rental begins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA refundable security deposit may be required.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAdditional fees may apply for late returns, excessive cleaning, damages, or policy violations.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eVehicle Care\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo reckless driving, racing, drifting, burnouts, or illegal activity is permitted.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSeat belts must be worn by all occupants at all times.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSmoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eFuel\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when picked up.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRefueling charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eMileage\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRental includes the agreed-upon mileage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAdditional mileage will be charged at the rate stated in your rental agreement.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eAccidents \u0026amp; Damage\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAny accident, theft, or damage must be reported immediately.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of these terms.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDo not leave the scene of an accident without following applicable laws.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eAuthorized Drivers\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnly drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAllowing unauthorized drivers to use the vehicle may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eProhibited Uses\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vehicle may not be used for:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRacing or speed contests.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTowing unless approved.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOff-road driving.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTransporting illegal items.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCommercial delivery services unless authorized.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAny illegal activity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eCancellation Policy\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental receive a full refund.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo-shows are non-refundable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eRight to Refuse Service\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBlack Truck Rentals reserves the right to refuse or terminate any rental due to unsafe behavior, fraudulent information, violation of these terms, or any activity that may place the vehicle, our staff, or the public at risk.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eLiability\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003eBy renting a vehicle, the renter acknowledges that driving carries inherent risks and agrees to operate the vehicle safely and responsibly.
